Returns Information

We realise that when ordering online, sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return your product. Our aim is to make this as simple as possible.

Below, you will find all of the information you should need to return a product to us. Remember though, do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping your order.

You can return or exchange any goods bought from Our Cufflink Shop. We allow 14 days for you to return your cufflinks after you receive them.

If you wish to make a return we ask that you contact us before sending the return. We will then issue you a returns number and address to send the goods back. You must send the goods in the original packaging and the cufflinks must be unused.  Worn or damaged items can not be refunded. We recommend you use a Royal Mail signed for service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in the postal service. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be met by the customer unless the goods are faulty.

We are quite happy to allow you to exchange your cufflinks should you have a change of mind.  All we ask is that they are returned within 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us prior to sending any item back and you will be issued a returns number and returns address.

If any item is faulty we are quite happy to cover the cost of the return shipping, however any exchange due to change of mind will incur a new shipping charge.

We will issue and confirm the refund within 3 working days of receiving your return but it may take a further 3 or 4 days for the refund to show in your account (up to 10 days for some building society accounts).

Refunds do not include the original cost of your order’s delivery unless faulty upon arrival.
